Job Summary

Own end-to-end outbound email campaign execution, optimization, and daily management for an AI-powered sales engagement platform. Build and run automated email sequences, audience segmentation, and personalization, then use A/B testing and performance analytics to improve engagement, reply, conversion, and ROI. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership on targeting, messaging, and lead delivery, while maintaining CRM/marketing automation data and reporting.

Location: Cairo, Buenos Aires, Addis Ababa, Cape Town, Abuja

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end execution of outbound marketing campaigns, including building, launching, monitoring, and optimizing email outreach.
•Manage campaign calendars, timelines, priorities, and coordinate messaging, targeting, sequencing, and campaign assets.
•Build and manage automated email sequences and nurture campaigns, including segmentation and personalization strategies.
•Run A/B testing across messaging, subject lines, send times, and workflows, and continuously optimize based on testing and data analysis.
•Partner with Sales for lead generation enablement and deliver qualified leads aligned to sales objectives while tracking KPIs and ROI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,200 monthly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, marketing automation, or digital marketing.
•Hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
•Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
•Experience optimizing campaigns using A/B testing and performance analysis.
•Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
