Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate program technical and programmatic solutions into the IMS baseline plan to ensure cost, schedule, and technical requirements are reflected in execution.
  • •Lead creation and maintenance of compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to achieve cost and schedule integration.
  • •Ensure program plan and IMS are developed consistent with IPDS and program life cycle; review IMS planned work for missing or improperly planned work.
  • •Create, use, and recommend alternative/supplemental program management plans/artifacts such as HUM, MPS, and First Unit Flow.
  • •Conduct schedule risk analysis, explain results to program teams, and incorporate mitigation plans into IMS and risk management; provide weekly/monthly planning metrics and mentor junior planners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years of Program Planning/Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an advance degree with minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • •Prior experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar.
  • •Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
