Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and changing belts as necessary.
  • •Identify root causes of unexpected breakdowns and repair quickly and efficiently to decrease machine downtime.
  • •Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts, ordering and installing replacement parts as needed.
  • •Maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies; ensure organization and inventory control.
  • •Coordinate with managers on regular maintenance scheduling and collaborate with department heads on new products, modifications, test runs, and improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.55 - 33.3 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanically inclined with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints to diagnose problems with manufacturing equipment.
  • •Good computer literacy with ability to enter work records in the appropriate program.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills; multi-lingual strongly preferred.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent, with a vocational certificate preferred and ability to take and pass internal required testing.
