Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain consumer and business banking products, including checking/savings, IRAs, CDs, and consumer and small business credit cards.
  • •Hold financial conversations to determine client and prospect needs and provide appropriate solutions; process consumer loan requests (and may process small business loan requests).
  • •Identify and document referral opportunities across lines of business and consistently use 360 View to log referrals and client activity.
  • •Perform teller duties as needed, conducting deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately.
