Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in different phases of the software test lifecycle in collaboration with development teams and project engineers.
  • •Develop and complete automated and manual test plans and test cases using strategies such as functional, negative, regression, customer/end user, performance, reliability, and usability testing.
  • •Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and testing tasks.
  • •Reproduce, troubleshoot, triage software defects, report findings, and drive defects to closure.
  • •Build test plans/cases for new features and products (dGPU and APU) and operating systems (Linux and/or Windows), and help define QA matrices and measurements.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a US-based university in a bachelor’s degree program majoring in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Develop/test experience or interest in software quality analysis processes and methodology.
  • •Knowledge of PC configuration (software and hardware), troubleshooting methods, and interest in PC platform architecture.
  • •Programming/scripting skills such as Python, VBA, or C++, and familiarity with Selenium framework.
  • •Exposure to development/triaging/debugging in Linux and/or Windows environments, plus exposure to databases and reporting tools.
