Key Responsibilities

  • •Own identity, roles, permissions, and authorization end to end, from granular models to simple experiences.
  • •Run the authorization layer as a platform for other product teams, enabling faster engagement rather than waiting on dependencies.
  • •Improve founder onboarding by identifying hesitations and making invitations obvious, easy, and high-trust.
  • •Shape the direction of the authorization space as product ambition grows and user types change, including agent-based users.
  • •Turn complex problems end to end across research, design, engineering, GTM, and stakeholder management.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably on horizontal product or platform teams for identity, roles, and authorization.
  • •Ability to balance product and platform tradeoffs, resisting unnecessary permission-model complexity.
  • •Experience working with platform teams where you’re consulted early before decisions are made.
  • •A point of view on agentic action and how capabilities change when the actor isn’t a person.
  • •Track record of turning ambiguity into an independent, clear product point of view.
