Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with engineering and design teams to build actionable requirements and deliver authentication factor product solutions.
  • •Define and socialize product roadmap, strategy, and success metrics for your product area.
  • •Develop and test product hypotheses using lean, iterative product discovery, including prototyping and lightweight demos.
  • •Act as subject matter expert for the product area and build business cases to support ongoing delivery.
  • •Partner with Product Marketing and field teams to enable feature launches, manage the product lifecycle, and create implementation assets (e.g., framing documents, story maps, opportunity canvases).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a product manager.
  • •Functional experience in identity management, authentication factors, or security—especially MFA mechanisms (TOTP, SMS OTP, push notifications, hardware security keys).
  • •Understanding of API and SDK design principles, including developer experience considerations like error handling, versioning, and documentation.
