Senior Cost Manager (m/f/d) - Data Centers

Lead cost management for data centre projects in Germany, supporting pre- and post-contract activities from cost estimates and feasibility studies to procurement, tendering, and contract administration. Own cost planning, tender analysis, monthly post-contract cost reporting, and timely cost checks and valuations. Collaborate with clients and consultants throughout project stages, manage cost variances and change control, and contribute to cost risk analysis and value engineering.
