Key Responsibilities

•Perform incident, service request, and change management to ensure timely resolution and implementation.
•Conduct performance tuning and design/develop preventive health checks/tools to support high availability.
•Provide technical solutions to complex production issues with timely resolutions.
•Understand customer requirements and develop/evaluate alternative system solutions; coordinate with application and business users.
•Work on tickets related to CI/CD, design/implement/maintain CI/CD pipelines, and participate in application deployments using Bamboo and GitLab; document systems, SOPs, and runbooks.

Key Requirements

•Application Support and Maintenance experience at L2/L3 support level.
•Hands-on SQL queries with RDBMS knowledge.
•Strong Unix/Linux knowledge along with CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes commands, Kubernetes HPA, and container management.
•Proficient in development or scripting languages (C, Java, Python, Bash, Groovy, Go) and experience with CI/CD/deployment and ticketing tools (e.g., Bamboo, GitLab, Jira, ServiceNow).
