Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales by hitting individual and store targets, executing sales strategies, and maintaining tight control over discounting and giveaways.
  • •Monitor sales at the cash register, resolve discrepancies, reconcile and record cash receipts, and prepare sales data reports.
  • •Provide high guest service by staying current on product knowledge and using mystery shopper and guests guidelines and checklists.
  • •Maintain best retail standards including store opening/closing, visual merchandising, customer registration card collection, complaint handling, and adherence to SOPs.
  • •Protect inventory integrity by conducting stock counts, resolving stock discrepancies within 48 hours, and coordinating receiving and price tagging.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
  • •Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Fluency in English & Bahasa.
  • •Good PC skills (MS Office) and basic understanding of retail POS system.
