Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end transfer pricing advisory and defense, including coordinating external advisors and representing SAP in global tax audits, APAs, and MAPs.
  • •Deliver transfer pricing guidance for M&A transactions, supporting TP integration projects and onboarding newly acquired legal entities with the M&A Tax Team.
  • •Advise on and defend SAP’s global transfer pricing system, including review and harmonization for newly acquired corporations.
  • •Contribute to transfer pricing model design and support guidance for business reorganizations and restructurings.
  • •Draft, review, and maintain intercompany agreements and review intercompany charges, while sharing TP knowledge through global training.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in tax, law, economics, finance, accounting, business, mathematics/statistics, or a comparable discipline.
  • •3–5 years of hands-on transfer pricing experience for multinational enterprises (Big Four or in-house).
  • •Solid technical expertise of OECD transfer-pricing principles, the arm’s length principle, and international tax law.
  • •Experience with M&A transfer pricing integration projects and global TP documentation/multi-jurisdictional compliance.
  • •Ability to apply economic analysis, manage priorities in complex projects, and negotiate with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and tax authorities.
