Senior Associate I - Intermediaries

Provide day-to-day support to institutional and retail clients across email, ticketing, and dedicated mailboxes while maintaining regulatory accuracy and operational excellence. Handle tax documentation inquiries and review/validate forms such as W-8/W-9 and certificates of residence, including European tax requirements. Perform AML and KYC verification checks using internal systems and external databases, escalate compliance risks, and drive process improvements to enhance client experience.
