Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Procure to Pay Business Lead for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, from requirements and process design through configuration, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
  • •Lead workshops to document current-state Procure to Pay Finance processes and define future-state workflows within Oracle Fusion Cloud; translate outputs into functional specifications for configuration and integration.
  • •Oversee data migration and validation for financial master data, including supplier records, open balances, and historical transaction data.
  • •Partner with implementation partners and vendors day-to-day to manage scope, quality, and delivery timelines; escalate risks and issues and lead milestone status reporting.
  • •Drive post-go-live support and continuous improvement for Procure to Pay, including hypercare, enhancement prioritization, quarterly Oracle Cloud update readiness, change management, training, and user adoption.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •8+ years of experience with large ERP systems.
  • •3-5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including OTBI and BI Publisher, and hands-on experience with Fusion Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Cash management, and Supplier management.
  • •10+ years of experience working with financial applications, resolving and responding to system issues and inquiries with vendors and internal customers.
  • •Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience leading Procure-to-pay business processes; PMP certification is a plus.
