Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the monthly Supply Planning process cycle for your DC/network and deliver finished-goods plans aligned to customer satisfaction and working capital goals.
  • •Deploy Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and RapidResponse adoption, including transformation initiative execution.
  • •Manage relationships with suppliers and regional distribution center & planning teams.
  • •Monitor supply and demand imbalances, communicate and escalate issues, and drive continuous improvement actions using Lean and Six Sigma.
  • •Create monthly supply/inventory plans and support SIOP supply review and related meetings, including deputizing for the supply/inventory planning supervisor/manager when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Min 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or Sales Inventory & Operations Planning-related roles.
  • •Oracle knowledge and ability to use it for planning processes.
  • •S&OP knowledge and experience supporting SIOP meetings.
  • •Preferred: English language skills.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in operations management or supply chain management (or equivalent).
