Field Service Engineer for ASML EUV systems, responsible for installations, qualification, repair and maintenance at customer sites. Key Responsibilities

•Problem analysis and approach: Gather information, analyze with available means, gather extra diagnostic data if needed, decide on initial approach, execute, and consult with others.
•Problem handovers and routing: Handover problem aspects to 2nd line support, document and package data for resolution (pass-downs, work orders, reports).
•Repairs: Use tools to replace parts and adjust settings to execute repairs and standard service actions independently.
•Procedures: Based on customer machine time windows, arrange parts, tools, and information to be available at start of procedure and execute.
•Training / advice: Explain actions to users, train customers in maintenance, and recommend changes in user procedures; coaching less experienced engineers.

Key Requirements

•MSc degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent; experience in a technical industry or semiconductor experience preferred.
•Experience in using computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
•Complete knowledge of product functionality of the main modules/sub-modules of ASML systems.
•Experienced field service engineer with hands-on troubleshooting and repair abilities; capable of working independently or with escalation when needed.
•Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills; willingness to learn and transfer knowledge.
