Consumer Loan Coordinator II

Coordinate the processing of consumer real estate loan requests, renewals, and refinances by partnering with loan officers and managing loan files and documents from preparation through execution. Prepare and deliver regulatory loan disclosures, ensure loan types conform to lending policy and regulatory guidelines, and communicate with customers, staff, counsel, and title companies to coordinate closings. Support lending decisions through accurate, compliant file processing within the Loan Administration team.
