Job Summary

Merchandise Pepsi beverage products by stocking shelves and coolers, rotating products, setting up displays, and organizing backroom storage. Execute promotions and use point-of-sale signage while serving customers as scheduled. Order products and/or run invoices, maintain equipment, and ensure products are moved from storage to the sales floor. Work a 4-day weekend schedule (Friday through Mondays, 1st shift).

Key Responsibilities

•Merchandise coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and vendors according to PBV standards, including stocking and rotation.
•Create and use point-of-sale signage and execute promotions.
•Develop customer relations and service customers as scheduled.
•Order product and/or run invoices.
•Clean equipment, maintain backroom storage, rotate stock, and support other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (highly preferred), or 3–5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet PBV driving qualifications.
•Ability to perform basic financial calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
•Good oral and written communication skills, plus strong interpersonal skills.
•Able to work without direct supervision and in a team environment; self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
