Key Responsibilities

  • •Teach hands-on skills to students in an in-person lab setting
  • •Assess students’ lab and clinical competency for skills and provide feedback
  • •Review and evaluate the required skills students must demonstrate
  • •Communicate regularly with students over email and other communication tools
  • •Join weekly meetings to receive guidance and direction from the internal team at Stepful
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience teaching surgical technology, including course delivery, assessment, and student support
  • •3+ years of experience working as a Certified Surgical Technologist in a clinical setting
  • •Active NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist or NCCT TS-C certification
  • •Experience with digital tools for teaching and reading lesson plans
  • •Ability to work approximately 32 hours per week for the duration of the 10-week program
