Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of microservices developers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • •Define and execute the microservices strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals.
  • •Architect and implement microservices using Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python Flask, leveraging cloud-native patterns.
  • •Drive adoption of containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native practices using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • •Oversee delivery across squads using Agile methodologies; ensure coding standards, code reviews, automated testing, and proactive alerting/logging.

Key Requirements

  • •4-8 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in microservices architecture.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
  • •Strong proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and Node.js; React JS experience is a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
