Architect APIs and event-driven integrations using modern frameworks and cloud-native tooling, while driving agile delivery, code quality, monitoring, and transparent stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of microservices developers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
•Define and execute the microservices strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals.
•Architect and implement microservices using Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python Flask, leveraging cloud-native patterns.
•Drive adoption of containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native practices using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
•Oversee delivery across squads using Agile methodologies; ensure coding standards, code reviews, automated testing, and proactive alerting/logging.

Key Requirements

•4-8 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in microservices architecture.
•Proven experience leading large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
•Strong proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and Node.js; React JS experience is a plus.
•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
•Familiarity with API gateways, service mesh, and observability tools; experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
