Own the operational and technical backbone for a fast-scaling partnerships org. Key Responsibilities

•Own the partner tech stack end-to-end, including CRM partner objects, attribution tooling, and partner-facing portals.
•Design partner attribution models, dashboards, and data hygiene processes to ensure consistency across partner records, deals, and touchpoints.
•Build and run partner onboarding, tiering, certification programs, plus the RFC/DRI decision-making framework and deal-registration/DRI processes.
•Create and maintain internal tooling and automations (e.g., partner performance reporting, HubSpot-to-Slack syncs, deal-conflict alerts) using AI-assisted development; prototype and ship internal apps/dashboards.
•Produce recurring partner performance reporting and own the metrics/KPI framework for partner-attributed revenue and pipeline influence; support QBRs and board reporting.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or a related ops function, including experience designing (not just running) scaled programs.

•Comfort operating in exec-level settings (QBRs, board prep, cross-functional planning) with strong written communication.
•Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development (Claude Code or similar) to scope, prompt, review, and ship solutions.
