Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Interpret drawings per ASME Y14.5-2009 standard to maintain part specifications.
•Deburr and process machined valve components in post machining; chase machine cut threads to size.
•Polish tight tolerance surface finishes and inspect with profilometer.
•Wash parts that have gone through deburr process and passivate using citric passivation when required; assist with material inventory and prep for machining.
•Operate a mass finishing barrel tumbler using given recipes for specific parts and materials; meet productivity and production goals; maintain a clean and efficient work environment; constantly keep products moving and alert management when production is inhibited; provide continuous ideas for process improvements.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
•1+ years of professional work experience in a factory/production environment; or the completion of a machining certification.
•2+ years of deburr experience using various deburr techniques with manual and automated equipment.
•Experience working in a machine shop.
•Experience with basic blueprint reading and knowledge of CNC machining; ability to use micrometers, calipers, profilometers, and borescopes.
