Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the Repro line safely, including setup, adjustments, and process control.
  • •Increase productivity while meeting safety policies and quality standards.
  • •Perform color/material changeovers and complete screen, blade, and related adjustments as required.
  • •Safely operate production equipment including conveyors, shredders, extruders, palletizers, and metal detection systems.
  • •Complete required reports/forms and maintain safe housekeeping and participation in safety programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be Forklift Certified to conduct daily responsibilities.
  • •Follow all company policies regarding safety, quality, and attendance.
  • •Maintain process control and perform safe setup, adjustments, and start-up/shut-down of the Repro Line.
  • •Operate equipment used in the reprocessing process (e.g., Gaylord Lifter, conveyor belts, shredder, extruder, palletizer, metal detectors).
  • •Capable of accurate scanning/labeling and using required systems (DcLINK, JDE, Zebra Printer) to print and manage ā€œCā€ labels.
