Process Safety Engineer

Lead process safety for the Louisiana Integrated Polyethylene Joint Venture in Westlake, coordinating and auditing Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and driving improvements. Monitor PSM progress via key leading indicators, oversee audits and OE management system effectiveness, and support incident classification, investigation, and action follow-through. Ensure compliance with OSHA PSM and RMP regulations, contribute to facility siting risk modeling, and communicate process safety events and best practices across the site.
