Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and audit PSM programs and develop improvement solutions to strengthen existing practices.
  • •Monitor and develop PSM key performance indicators, emphasizing leading indicators to track progress.
  • •Write and implement effective procedures supporting process safety.
  • •Provide oversight for PSM audits and coordinate process safety knowledge sharing across the site.
  • •Ensure compliance with OSHA PSM and RMP regulations and participate in incident investigations and external OE audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in a chemical or petrochemical facility.
  • •Right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA PSM and related EPA regulatory requirements.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills.
