Key Responsibilities

•Technical governance: Establish MOS for AI escalations, model performance drift, and high-impact system failures with proactive leadership reporting
•SLA & KPI ownership: Define and track AI metrics (drift, accuracy, AUC-ROC, precision-recall) and Agentic AI metrics (cost-per-token, agent success rate, latency, accuracy)
•Stakeholder synthesis: Act as primary technical contact for Digital Automation across GBS Finance
•Architectural orchestration: Design traditional AI and agentic system architectures, including multi-agent hand-offs and memory management
•Continuous improvement: Use analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive architectural improvements in AI inference pipelines
•Document control: Maintain rigorous documentation for AI programs, model lineages, evaluation frameworks, and compliance standards

Key Requirements

•15+ years of total experience in tech with 5-7 years leading complex AI/ML programs in GCC or high-growth product environments
•Hybrid mindset: senior program leadership with the ability to double-click into technical system design
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Masters/MBA preferred)
•Technical design proficiency: lead System Design discussions and evaluate trade-offs between AI orchestration layers
•ERP ecosystem literacy: familiarity with SAP/Oracle and interfacing AI agents with legacy databases via APIs or RPA bridges
