Job Summary

Lead end-to-end project delivery from inception to closure while partnering with stakeholders to manage scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, risks, and budget. Design and implement IT solutions for business requirements, including automated test cases and integration activities aligned with group architecture standards. Work closely with other IT teams to develop and maintain systems and provide production support. Build solutions using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and modern DevOps practices in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end projects from inception to closure, proactively balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budget.
•Build stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments, and changes; keep progress, risks, and financials on track.
•Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are delivered on time with quality and appropriate risk mitigation.
•Design, develop, and implement IT solutions for business user requirements, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and agreed quality.
•Create automated test cases during development and integrate them into the daily build process, plus participate in system integration and provide production support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years in a development role delivering high-quality, complex system solutions.
•Strong technical skills in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
•Experience with distributed systems, micro-service architecture, and APIs; knowledge of relational databases.
•Familiar with Linux and shell scripting, DevOps/CI-CD pipelines and test automation, and able to work in an Agile working model.
