Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end projects from inception to closure, proactively balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budget.
  • •Build stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments, and changes; keep progress, risks, and financials on track.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are delivered on time with quality and appropriate risk mitigation.
  • •Design, develop, and implement IT solutions for business user requirements, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and agreed quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years in a development role delivering high-quality, complex system solutions.
  • •Strong technical skills in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
  • •Experience with distributed systems, micro-service architecture, and APIs; knowledge of relational databases.
  • •Familiar with Linux and shell scripting, DevOps/CI-CD pipelines and test automation, and able to work in an Agile working model.
