Key Responsibilities

•Own interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones to ensure a seamless candidate/interviewer experience.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
•Manage job postings, candidate statuses, and interview feedback in the ATS.
•Prepare interviewers with schedules, materials, and guidance, and support offer logistics including reference checks and coordination with HR/People Ops.
•Source candidates for open roles, build and maintain talent pipelines, and help improve recruiting processes, templates, and candidate communications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 - 40 hourly

Key Requirements

•1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a related role (experience level flexible).
•Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles and stakeholders at once.
•Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or similar platforms.
•Familiarity with Ashby, Linkedin and Juicebox.
