Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for sales pipeline analysis, customer intelligence, and executive decision support
  • •Create and maintain AI agents combining semantic and keyword search across internal knowledge bases, meeting transcripts, and CRM data
  • •Work with structured and unstructured data using vector databases, MCP, and RAG
  • •Manage infrastructure for AI services with support from DevOps
  • •Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, AI-enabled solutions and drive AI adoption across the organization
