Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the HOD to efficiently run the Golf Operations Department and deputize when required.
  • •Provide professional golf instructions, coaching, and a first-class teaching service across the Club’s Golf Academy for junior golfers, members, students, and guests.
  • •Support daily golf operations including organizing daily play and tournaments, and help promote golfing activities and events.
  • •Promote club facilities (EGC, DCGYC & JGE) and support retail sales through the Pro Shop, upselling services and products at every opportunity.
  • •Support quality and compliance activities, including ISO quality management processes as an ISO Auditor (with training provided), and follow information security policies and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •PGA Qualified Golf Professional with strong golf playing and teaching standards, techniques, terminology, and etiquette.
  • •Perform broad supervisory responsibilities over others with excellent teaching skills.
  • •Degree or Diploma from a recognized university.
  • •Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
