Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome and serve guests in a timely, cordial, enthusiastic, and professional manner to meet service expectations.
  • •Ensure guest satisfaction and build long-term relationships; maintain the highest service standards throughout the restaurant and pool.
  • •Set up the restaurant and stay informed on daily specials, menu items, and wines; conduct daily team briefings before service.
  • •Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and SOPs, including garnishes, mise-en-place, stock checks, and beverage orders.
  • •Support F&B by assisting with menu changes, beverage program development, cashiering and inventories, stock counts, cleaning/deep-cleaning, and event support.
