Key Responsibilities

•Develop holistic target architectures and transformation roadmaps based on customers’ business strategies, designing scalable platform and integration architectures for complex, highly available system landscapes.
•Translate architectures into actionable solution architectures that serve as reliable foundations for delivery teams, Lead Developers, and Solution Architects.
•Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders up to C-level, moderating differing interests and establishing sustainable decision bases.
•Define architecture visions, principles, blueprints, and governance models across business, application, data, and technology layers.
•Provide enterprise-architecture expertise in pre-sales, complex RFPs, and proposal processes; coach and coordinate architects in project and sales contexts while advancing the Enterprise Architecture practice.

Key Requirements

•Completed IT degree or comparable qualification, with industry experience in Telco, Media, and technology environments and knowledge of complex stakeholder and decision structures.
•At least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, ideally in IT consulting or large, complex organizations.
•Strong business-driven architectural thinking, connecting business models, processes, and technologies into consistent target images.
•Ability to make sound architecture decisions under uncertainty and handle ambiguity confidently.
•Experience with enterprise-architecture standards and methods such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe, COBIT, arc42 or comparable approaches.
