Key Responsibilities

  • •Support or lead teams to manage and deliver capital investment water projects, ensuring successful outcomes for quality, cost, and time.
  • •Provide client-side project management support across option studies, option development, construction tender support, and on-site delivery and commissioning.
  • •Assist with procurement strategies and tender documentation, contribute to PEP and progress reporting, and participate in meetings including minuting.
  • •Manage stakeholder engagement and oversee H&S, risk, quality, schedule, and contract administration on NEC4 contracts through a contract management system.
  • •Develop relationships with clients and cross-functional teams, support business development opportunities, and provide mentoring to Graduates and Apprentices.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 4 years of proven infrastructure project management experience in a consulting environment, covering full PM services including PEP, progress reports, tender documentation, and post-contract administration.
  • •Water industry experience is essential, with the ability to manage projects through the delivery lifecycle and ensure delivery within scope, quality, cost, and time.
  • •Knowledge of NEC suite of contracts, particularly PSC and ECC, ideally working towards NEC ECC Accreditation.
  • •A relevant degree in project management, engineering, environmental science, construction, or a related subject, plus a project management qualification such as APM PMQ or PRINCE2 (desirable).
  • •Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills, including working effectively in integrated multi-organisation teams; may require completion of security screening checks.
