Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute liquidity product propositions for HSBCs SG and ASP markets, collaborating with GPS and RM teams to ensure market-aligned positioning.
•Lead commercialisation activities for liquidity products, including client demos, marketing campaigns, and partnerships with sales and client management teams.
•Produce thought leadership articles and client-facing collateral on liquidity management themes to support market visibility and engagement.
•Identify and translate opportunities into new business revenues, managing deal pipelines and analyzing client portfolios across segments.
•Monitor regional implementation and ensure consistency of approach and methodology while delivering market-driven solutions with cross-country teams.

Key Requirements

•Must have experience in client-facing banking functions such as corporate banking relationship management or sales
•Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex liquidity solutions (cash management, liquidity management, deposits, money market funds)
•Strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with GPS Sales and CIB Relationship Managers
•Experience conducting market reviews, client segmentation, and initiatives to develop new profitable business
•Proven ability to translate market requirements into liquidity solutions and to manage deal pipelines across SG and ASP regions
