Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency
  • •Engage customers, provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment, and build client relationships daily
  • •Analyze reports in partnership with leadership to strategize, support action plans, and highlight growth opportunities
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed
  • •Assist with shipment processing and product flow, including visual merchandising, replenishment, and execution of front/back-of-house procedures per policy
