Job Summary

Lead and execute corporate HR strategy for designated corporate and commercial functions within Amcor’s AFC&D business group. Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees, driving engagement, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and change initiatives. Maintain Workday HR data integrity and compliance while supporting HR operations, employee relations, and HR technology/process improvements across a geographically dispersed hybrid workforce.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary HR business partner for assigned corporate and commercial functions, coaching leaders and employees in alignment with Amcor’s human capital strategy.
•Support talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance guidance (including PIPs).
•Manage employee relations matters such as investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, terminations, and risk mitigation.
•Maintain HR operations excellence by ensuring accurate HR data management in Workday, timely transactions, compliance, and training completion tracking.
•Partner with HR project and CoE teams to implement HR programs, support continuous improvement, and provide subject matter expertise for workforce decisions.

•5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience partnering with leaders and supporting organizational initiatives.
•Advanced proficiency with Workday and HR processes to ensure data integrity, process compliance, and effective HR systems utilization.
•Experience influencing leaders to drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.
•Experience in talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent education plus certifications and progressively responsible HR experience).
