Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-standard painting and decorating across occupied and vacant properties, including move-in and move-out works
•Lead surface preparation activities such as filling holes, repairing surfaces and prepping walls for finishes
•Carry out internal and external decorating with a focus on quality and timely completion
•Assist with light remedial works like plastering and skim joints to ensure a consistent finish
•Manage site protection, maintain clean working practices, attend inspections and address snagging issues efficiently

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in painting and decorating to a high standard, ideally with a relevant qualification such as City & Guilds or equivalent
•Full UK driving licence preferred
•BPSS clearance (security) may be required
•Ability to perform surface preparation, filling holes, repairing surfaces and preparing walls to a professional standard
•Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
