Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users in an Enterprise IT environment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • •Configure, manage, and maintain end-user devices and applications within Linux and Microsoft environments.
  • •Utilize COTs software tools (MECM, BMC FootPrints, and similar tools) to manage end-user systems and resolve incidents.
  • •Perform system administration tasks including user accounts, password resets, permissions, certificates, and group policy updates.
  • •Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting virtual desktop environments using VMware, ESXi, and VSphere.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,900 - 131,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •IT experience in an enterprise IT environment
  • •Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • •DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or CISSP preferred) on day 1
  • •Typically requires a STEM degree or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years)
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (on day 1)
