Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of a trading and service culture within the retail back office and influence the country retail team to achieve business plan goals and budgeted objectives.
  • •Manage motivating and inspiring Market field and retail back office teams to meet or exceed commercial goals and KPIs and build brand equity.
  • •Ensure compliance with Global Retail CoE processes and standards and generate and execute local retail processes in close cooperation with the Global Retail CoE.
  • •Lead retail stores toward a world-class position by focusing on People, Product, Premises, Processes, and profit, ensuring priorities and resources are aligned.
  • •Coach and develop Store Operations and District Managers to ensure high-quality multi-store performance and build a talent pool for higher operations roles.
