Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver the regional business generation strategy for the Water sector in the USA, including building proposition and capacity to deliver.
  • •Create and lead the National Water Strategic Plan, including identifying business development opportunities and cross-selling with existing and new clients.
  • •Drive new business by establishing strategic alliances and serving as capture lead/sponsor on key pursuits, including account strategy across the Water market.
  • •Assume accountability for current water commissions and performance, manage contractual risk, and maximize commercial returns.
  • •Provide board-level influence and thought leadership through industry publications, conference participation, and leadership of annual strategic planning and events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of experience within the water and wastewater sector.
  • •10+ years of leadership experience managing business growth, major programs, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Demonstrated success winning and delivering large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure programs.
  • •Established relationships with key public-sector water utility owners and industry stakeholders across the U.S.
