Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and follow the daily work schedule and ensure required materials are available by communicating with the Job Setter and verifying inventory.
  • •Review specifications and required drawings to ensure proper machine setup for production.
  • •Assemble capacitor units using banding machines, crimpers, and small hand tools, including proficiency in slitting, cutting, and folding insulation paper.
  • •Work with the Group Leader, Job Setter, and Production Supervisor to meet safety, production, and quality requirements.
  • •Maintain compliance with quality procedures (quality alerts, process deviations, error-proofing devices, and VOPs) and complete daily 5S+ activities.

  • •Relocation is not offered, and candidates must live within 50 miles of the Greenwood, SC facility.

  • •Ability to review and follow the daily work schedule and communicate material/material-readiness needs to the Job Setter.
