Key Responsibilities

•Build solid relationships with functional leaders and serve as the main HR Generalist contact for the Goodyear distribution center.
•Be the main HR contact for leaders up to Director level and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team.
•Promote a positive workplace culture, communicate trends to leadership, and act as a change agent.
•Provide guidance on policy interpretation, coaching, leaves of absence, development plans and terminations.
•Review and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies, partnering with Employee Relations and Legal on agency responses.

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

•Proven track record in change management and transforming operations through collaboration
•Collaborative leadership with the ability to partner with business leaders and build high-functioning teams
