Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

Lead strategic, complex ServiceNow transformation programs end-to-end, from architecture and roadmap through design, implementation, rollout, governance, and continuous optimization. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders up to C-level, run discovery and solution architecture workshops, and develop target architectures, technical specifications, and complex integrations. Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple ServiceNow modules and provide pre-sales solutioning, technical demos, and estimates.
