Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and coordinate employee benefits across EMEA countries as the first point of contact
  • •Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents with high accuracy
  • •Maintain and update employee data in Workday to ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant
  • •Support onboarding and offboarding processes across the EMEA region for a smooth employee experience
  • •Plan and execute team events and culture initiatives across EMEA offices, partnering with the global People team on programs

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years minimum of professional experience in an HR, People, operations, or administrative role
  • •Hands-on experience with Workday, with the ability to keep data clean and accurate
  • •Outstanding attention to detail for documents, contracts, and data
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • •Native-level German and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
