Job Summary

Contract Management Specialist to support AVEVA’s sales contracts in a hybrid Cambridge role. You’ll prepare and manage contract documents across the quote-to-fulfilment process, coordinate with Sales, Legal Counsel, Trade Compliance and Finance, and drive timely, compliant contract delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the preparation and management of contracts related to the sales activities of the company, ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant and delivered in the required timeframe
•Ensure compliance with AVEVA’s contracting guidelines, policies, protocols and process
•Build and maintain strong relationships with AVEVA’s Sales team and other members of the Legal team as well as any other relevant functions and departments to ensure alignment and collaboration
•Handle queries from internal teams and external stakeholders, providing timely responses
•Support Trade Compliance, Credit Check, bidding and prequalification and any other relevant activities in AVEVA’s quote-to-fulfilment process

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and hands-on experience in commercial contracts management and administration (significant experience may substitute degree)
•Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills

•Excellent command of spoken and written English
