Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery of ~$75M+ in annual revenue across institutional, planned, and individual giving, including accurate forecasting and early warning on performance variance.
  • •Set portfolio strategy and capacity targets, and allocate fundraiser time toward the highest-potential relationships.
  • •Own moves management discipline across frontline teams, including stage definitions, advancement criteria, and portfolio review cadence.
  • •Lead and develop five direct reports and the broader team, defining and building fundraising excellence through coaching, training, and evaluation.
  • •Oversee donor recognition and stewardship practices; build cross-functional alignment on a coherent donor experience across digital and frontline channels and drive AI/automation to free frontline capacity.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years leading multi-team organizations and managing through managers.
  • •5+ years in development, with enterprise sales, executive search, or other long-cycle, trust-dependent relationship experience as a substitute.
  • •Demonstrated accountability for a revenue program of comparable scale with evidence of sustained year-over-year growth.
  • •Proven track record building pipeline systems and coaching practices that improved team performance beyond personal production.
  • •Fluency with pipeline data and CRM reporting, plus working fluency with AI tools and experience driving practical efficiency gains.
