Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Business Lead for full Order to Cash (OTC) end-to-end implementation, including requirements gathering, process design, configuration, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
  • •Run cross-functional workshops to document current-state Finance processes and define future-state Oracle Fusion Cloud workflows; translate outputs into configuration and integration specifications.
  • •Oversee OTC data migration strategy and execution/validation for financial master data, including customer records, open balances, and historical transaction data.
  • •Partner with ERP implementation partner and vendors day to day to ensure delivery timelines and quality; escalate risks/issues to the steering committee as needed.
  • •Own ongoing OTC systems and process strategy, including integration health, automation/standardization, quarterly Oracle Cloud release impact assessment, regression testing, and adoption of new capabilities.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience with large ERP systems.
  • •3-5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including exposure to OTBI and BI Publisher and hands-on experience with Fusion Receivables, Collections, or Order Management modules.
  • •10+ years of experience working with financial applications, including resolving issues with vendors and internal customers.
  • •Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience leading Order-to-Cash business process.
  • •Experience with SOX controls and change management, plus ability to own user access controls and support audits and process changes.
