Key Responsibilities

  • •Own post-sale adoption strategy, including adoption/enablement roadmaps, value delivery plans, and success milestones.
  • •Drive measurable value realization by defining mission outcomes, tracking progress, identifying adoption gaps, and linking usage to operational impact.
  • •Lead customer governance (weekly status updates, monthly program reviews, and Executive Business Reviews / Quarterly Business Reviews).
  • •Orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery across internal/external workstreams and align Account Executives, Sales Engineers, TAMs, Professional Services, partners, and customer teams.
  • •Navigate complex federal environments by handling legacy constraints, stakeholder dependencies, network access, security considerations, deployment blockers, and change management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years working with federal, public sector, defense, or intelligence clients with demonstrated passion for federal mission work.
  • •Proven consultative, customer-facing experience in post-sale roles (not entry-level customer success).
  • •Ability to manage post-sale relationships and drive customer adoption toward measurable business or mission value.
  • •Strong program orchestration skills for milestones, risks, dependencies, executive updates, and cross-functional workstreams.
  • •Ability to build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executive sponsors, with strong communication skills.
