Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical care sites, and key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
  • •Become a therapeutic area expert through literature review and medical congress participation; identify educational gaps in the community.
  • •Serve as a primary source of balanced medical and scientific information; conduct compliant scientific exchange, presentations, and respond to information requests.
  • •Develop and implement territory-specific medical plans and support strategic development aligned to medical affairs strategy and evidence generation needs.
  • •Plan, execute, and analyze scientific congresses and collaborate on research initiatives; also contribute to field-facing medical content and mentor peer MSLs.

Key Requirements

  • •PharmD, PhD, MD, or other advanced healthcare degree; candidates with other degrees and relevant experience will be considered.
  • •MSL: at least 2 years of experience in a clinical patient care role, medical affairs, or field medical role with a verifiable record of high performance.
  • •Senior MSL: 4+ years of medical affairs or field medical experience with a verifiable record of high performance.
  • •Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and networking skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • •Understanding of clinical research and pharmaceutical product development processes, with proven cross-functional collaboration and strong organizational skills.
