Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team to define people strategy for growth, organizational change, and capability building.
  • •Convert business plans into workforce plans, organization designs, skill matrices, recruiting priorities, development actions, and succession plans.
  • •Lead site-specific HR and organizational projects (e.g., restructuring, transfers, integration) and coordinate internal/external communications.
  • •Use people data and operational insights to identify risks, trends, and opportunities; define clear actions and follow-up routines.
  • •Build trust-based relationships with the works council and ensure employment decisions are consistent, documented, and compliant with applicable law and Eaton policies.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Human Resources, business administration, law, psychology, or a comparable field (or equivalent combination of qualification and experience).
  • •Minimum 3 years of professional human resources experience in a matrix organization.
  • •Fluent German and strong professional English (written and spoken).
  • •Experience advising senior leaders on growth, organizational change, and complex employee relations matters.
  • •Practical command of German individual and collective labor law and works-council collaboration, including preparation and negotiation of works agreements.
