Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and analyze monthly customer invoices for accuracy and timely processing in line with pipeline tariffs and SOX controls.
  • •Prepare biweekly forecasting in the revenue plan.
  • •Review contracts for contract set-up, charge set-up, and rate entry in DART.
  • •Support past due collections by working with the Accounts Receivable group.
  • •Participate in the Regulatory Compliance program, including transactional postings review, SOX controls, audit requests, and reporting requirements, and respond to customer/commercial inquiries.

  • •Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve simple to complex issues.
  • •Highly motivated with initiative to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
  • •Detail oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Strong computer skills, including Microsoft software products, and the ability to learn proprietary systems.
