Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the review, coordination, and integration of MEP system designs with overall project plans.
  • •Manage project costs and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • •Ensure work is in general accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Act as primary liaison between clients, architects, structural engineers, facilities management, and construction teams to integrate systems.
  • •Supervise MEP contractors and subcontractors, monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of relevant experience (with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).
  • •Mission-critical facilities MEP infrastructure experience; data center facilities infrastructure experience strongly desired.
  • •Licensure as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired.
  • •Proficiency in project management software; experience with Google Suite is beneficial.
  • •Leadership and organizational skills to guide complex, sensitive information, motivate teams, and handle obstacles.
